Additionally, the town has developed eight new homestay models meeting 3-star OCOP standards in the communes and wards of Phuc Son, Tan An, Thanh Luong, Nghia Phuc, Son A, and Nghia Loi. Each homestay can accommodate 50-70 guests and has attracted nearly 50 domestic and international travel companies offering tours, relaxation, and cultural experiences.
These achievements stem from special mechanisms supporting newly established homestay models, including financial assistance, skill training, and knowledge dissemination. The town has also formed and connected various tourism routes and tours. Policies encourage folk artisans to actively participate in collecting and preserving cultural values, traditional songs, dances, and the use of ethnic musical instruments.
Moreover, Nghia Lo has established and maintained 200 folk art clubs across villages, hamlets, urban areas, and schools. The town focuses on developing unique products leveraging the strengths of individual communes and wards while building tourism brands linked to agriculture and traditional crafts.
The town prioritizes planning and attracting investment for tourism sites meeting OCOP standards, integrating them with traditional cultural villages.
In the first 10 months of 2024, Nghia Lo Town welcomed nearly 304,000 domestic and international visitors, generating revenues exceeding 273 billion VND.
