Ho Chi Minh city: Cho Lon food festival set for Dec

District 5 of Ho Chi Minh city will host the Cho Lon Food Story 2024 festival from December 06-08.

Themed “Delicacies of Noodles and Cakes”, the event at the District 5 Cultural and Sports Center will feature workshops on traditional Chinese noodle and cake making, and panel discussions on gastronomy and branding, providing insight into the rich culinary heritage of the Chinese-Vietnamese community.

Festival-goers can indulge in an array of Chinese specialties, including noodles and dumplings, as well as popular Vietnamese dishes.

This festival positions District 5 as a culinary destination for domestic and international visitors.
