Binh Lieu, a mountainous district nestled in the northeast of the country, is over 100 kilometers from Halong city and blessed with a mild climate throughout the year and captivating natural landscapes. During their bloom, these brilliant white reed flowers cluster together, blanketing the entire area. As the season progresses, they gradually transition to a golden hue. When the wind blows, the reeds sway gracefully, transforming Binh Lieu into a landscape akin to a smooth white silk ribbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
